NAME

cmgroup - displays information about host groups  

SYNOPSIS

cmgroup [-r] [-s] [-o "format"] [host_group ...]

cmgroup [-h | -V]  

DESCRIPTION

Displays host groups and host names for each group.

By default, displays information about all host groups.  

OPTIONS

-s
Displays GROUP_SLOT and MAX_SLOTS in addition to the host group names and group members. Refer to cb.yaml(5) for more information about GROUP_SLOT and MAX_SLOTS.
-r
Expands host groups recursively. The expanded list contains only host names. It does not contain the names of subgroups. Duplicate names are listed only once.
-o "field_name ... [delimiter='character'] [-a]"
Specifies custom output format by field names. Use delimiter= to set the delimiting character to display between different headers and fields. This must be a single character. By default, the delimiter is a space.
If a field has no value, the output is a dash (-).
With the option "-a", the output also includes a line represneting the entire cluster with the group name "_allhosts".
Available field names are:

group_name|name|hgroup: The host group name
members: The group member hosts
maxavail_slots: The maximum available job slots in the group
used_slots: Number of job slots occupied by jobs
maxavail_memgb: Maximum memory in GB configured on all hosts in the group
used_memgb: Used memory in GB on all hosts in the group
weightd_ut|ut: Weighted CPU utilization on all available hosts in the group

host_group ...

Only displays information about the specified host groups. Do not use quotes when specifying multiple host groups.

-h
Prints command usage to stderr and exits.

-V
Prints AIP release version to stderr and exits.

 

OUTPUT

In the list of hosts, a name followed by a slash (/) indicates a subgroup.

Host groups are defined in the configuration file cb.yaml(5).
